Lookie what I just got installed today!!!!!
Here are some pics of my new Harley, and the new speedometer/tach combo that I just got today. Installation was a snap, and it works like a charm. The colors aren't what I'm going to stay with... I just chose something to show how configurable it is. I like that it's got a fuel guage (the one on the left tank half is hard for me to see when riding), and especially the gear indicator on the speedo, cause I am still getting used to a bike that hits its powerband before (WAY before) 5K rpm..
These pics aren't great, but my bike is mostly the way I want it. At first, I really wasn't too sure about the Superglide, cause it had more chrome than I wanted. But after having it for a month or so, I'm liking it more and more every day. When my wife decided she didn't want to be a passenger, I bought her a sportster and swapped my stock seat for the Mustang solo tripper... and I think it makes the bike. I could have started with a Fat Bob... but at the time, I thought I'd need the two-up seating. And like I said, I think it's a perfect balance of chrome and black.
The bike has a 103 kit, cams, SE ventilator A/C, and V&H BR. I just rolled through 500 miles and finally got to open it up. Plenty-o-power for me, since my knee scraping days are behind me.
Anyway, enjoy!

Looks good I have it on things to get list when I saw this on the new products listing this year! I do have one question though on install. Do you just remove the old one and plug this on into the same plug, without any other wiring? Just curious since it adds on the rpm tach so does it require a signal wire to tap to get the reading, or just plug and play into the existing harness and the rpm tach works.?
