Default Polishing my Fatbob wheels

I started polishing my Fatbob wheels today. Got some new tires and getting my rotors powder coated so while waiting for them I am going to polish them up. They are hard to clean on the bike so taking advantage of the situation. Hopefully polishing them real good will make them easier to clean later when they are back on.

After initial polishing:

Dude! That's really shiny! Can you put something on them to keep that look?

I first used Never Dull. Then I used Mothers aluminum polish with a powerball on my drill. Works great and hopefully make them easier to clean in the future.

I use Mother's aluminum as well. Great product! Your wheels look vastly improved. Great job!

They look good. It's definitely easier to keep them clean after a good polish. I did mine by hand a few times and it's a pain but worth it.

Looks good!! I'm just realizing what a pain in the **s it is to clean these wheels!! Since I just put on new rubber they'll have to wait till the next tire change to get Powdercoated black.. Hopefully by then, wide whitewalls will be easier to find in our sizes.

I wanted to PC them black but going to save money for now and give this a shot. I think they are turning out good.

Looks great. I've considered putting one of those on the back of my Superglide.
