Default Is it possible to not have exhaust gaskets???

I just took the stock exhaust off my 09 Street Bob as I am getting ready to install some short shots and it seems like there are no exhaust gaskets on there and the flange nuts seemed pretty loose could this be possible would they be easy to recognize or could they be smashed into the head hole.

They're likely smashed in...you'd have known it if there were none IMO.

You're right, after a flashlight review I see them.I was worried after how loose the nuts were that maybe it was one of those built on Friday bikes and they just skipped the gaskets.

LOL!...sometimes they are hard to see once smashed.
Looks like you have installed some aftermarket forwards?...do you still have the originals?

Ah...I have mids. I was thinking that all Street Bobs came with forwards. I need a set for my FXD....mids just don't work well for my long legs.

They are also cheap to replace when you install new pipes.
