I would "guess" that the connector is not clipped on properly or there is an open between the injector and the ecm or a bad injector or a bad ECM? Disconnect at the injector and look to see it that the terminals have not pushed in or the pins in the injector are not bent. Get a Bosch noid light that connects to the injector connector, crank engine to see if you are getting a signal. Getting a signal, probable bad injector or connection. No signal pop the fuse cover off, disconnect the ECM harness connector and check for continuity between the injector connector and pin connector for that injector, wiggle the wires while testing to check for an intermittent open pin# found in service manual wire diagram. All tests ok, possible bad ECM.

Might be a bad wire. Several owners had the same problem and it was caused by no service loop in the wire to the injector. So when the engine is rocking in the rubber mounts it is pulling on the wire, the insulation on the wire stretches but the wire doesn't and breaks.
