I've been dying to do the 23 but damn they are expensive!
Even a plain 40 spoke is 400 bucks! Mammoth spokes are 900 and mags are well over a grand.....motorcycle wheels are crazy!
I can put wheels AND tires all the way around my Impala for the price of a set of PMs for my Dyna!
One day I'll run across the rigbt deal or happen to hqve some extra coin, and I'll be all over the 23 thougb....LOVE the look (without lowering the scoot).

loosenoose...what type of rake and suspension are you running in the front, or did you keep it all stock heights?

I'm looking into the same thing. Thinking of doing a custom laces HDwheels 23" with matte wheel and hub and gloss black and copper spokes. Then going to work on the rear as well to match.

Any thoughts on this? I kind of like the back low and the front angled up but now sure if it will really work with the stock front or not?
