For one, if you have forward controls get your feet back. You need to get weight off the front end. The moment you drop the clutch you should pull up on the bars to help it up. Once you get going it's mostly up to the motor to keep it up.

Put a fat chick on the back of it... My Fatbob doesn't come up too easy either and I have a 30T Pulley along with cams and porting. The fwd controls and dual disc keep the front end planted. It's the first bike I ever had that didn't come up from just a twist of the wrist. Moving your feet to the rear pegs like mentioned above works and try it when you're light on fuel, 7lbs a gallon adds up.

Did you do anything for raising your compression with those cams? The 45* Intake close on them bleed off a bit of compression making for a softer bottom end. I have 37's advanced +4* for a 34* IVC, with my .030HG I'm at 190 CCP. I think the SE 204's are better than 211's for all else being stock.

I've never tried on my harley but my Triumph Speed Triple will stand on one wheel with the flick of my wrist... (which is why I bought the Harley to slow me down).

I don't think I can wheelie my 700lb fat bob but maybe with the mods you have, try this.

In first gear blip the throttle open and let it close and quickly open it back full open. The rocking compression of the front end might give you enough momentum to get it up. If that doesn't work (toss some viagra in the tank).
