Default can the stock 2011 wide glide risers work?

Okay, I got in my road 6 customs handlebars and I knew that the risers are 1.25"dia. and the bar is 1"dia. but I like the height of the 12" handle bar with the stock risers. Is there a sleeve or anything that would allow me to use the 1"dia. bar in the 1.25"dia. risers?

I do have a set of 2" tall 1" dia. risers so that is not a big deal really, I just thought I would ask y'all before I went and changed them.

I got the turn signals disconnected and the wire prongs removed from the plastic connector. Does anyone know how to remove the wire prongs from the larger connector? I tried inserting a pin into the tiny holes above each prong but it did not release the prong.

I don't think such a thing exists, you'll have to use a 1" riser with those bars. I would use the 2" risers you have, apes don't look right on taller risers IMO.

Yeah, I came to the same conclusion last night and pulled the stock risers off and installed the 2" risers.

I also figured out how to disassemble the larger connectors and I am in the process of running the wires through the handlebars which is a b1tch~! to do.

I am going to run the turn signal wires on the outside only because I am wanting to relocate them to the forks soon and this way I can just cut the zip ties and do them easy instead of having to dis-connect the wire connectors and pull them back through the handle bars again.

The mock up sure feels a lot better for hand position.
