Help with a Harley part # front brake line
Okay, I am changing out my front brake line to the diamond-black modular. I need stock +4-6 inches.
I seen on page 616. my OEM stock # is 42740-10 and the Diamond-Black upper and lower #'s are 41800122 and 48926-10 respectively. I did not see them on page 619 to find length or anything.
I know the lower length stays stock and that the upper is where the different length comes in. It looks like the lower would be 24" and I would need a 28"-30" upper but I also NEED a 35 degree banjo instead of the stock 90 degrees.
I just need the part number for this if it exists.
any help for me? thanks a lot~!!!
Mike

Check out magnum shielding's web site, you can find stock length in their online part finder.

You are the second member here that has referred me to them and I must say the black pearl line is exactly what I want. MS staff is quick to answer questions too! I already have everything I need, now I just need to order it when I get home.

Here's a link to an Instruction Sheet on MODULAR BRAKE LINE KITS.
The general part has a list of p/n's and dimensions.
Next to that here's another link to a H-D document on brake lines....
I hope this will help!
