Default fxdx tank emblem question
is the tank emblem on the fxdx painted on? if not where can i get that decal? i hate the emblem on my street bob so i took it off! would love to replace it with the the one on the fxdx

According to my Harley parts manual it is silk screened on and is NOT available as a "decal"

I believe they are just stick on decals, the harley parts catalog has several to choose from with no part numbers, it says to ask your local dealer for choices. If you have the 2012 parts catalog look at page 746.

No...they won't even be interested. I looked into this years ago for my T-Sport and settled on using V-Rod stick on emblems (chrome letters)

Yeah, I checked into this when I repainted my FXDX from orange to black. Ended up just going with Night Train emblems

I used this template and had someone make them from vinyl.
