luv the aux lights

If I had one, I'd build a duo glide clone with spokes and whitewalls. Heck, maybe even paint it 2 tone green

Never wanted an engine guard on mine until I seen how good yours looks.
The auxiliary lamps really set the front end off. Both will have to wait until
long after my 09 Heritage bars and go faster goodies are done.
By then they may have a plug and play auxiliary lamps for mine.
Keep up the good work, it’s looking better every day.

I like it.. I like the direction you're going with it.. I have been following your postings and experiences here on the forum since you picked it up.. I'll have to wait a few years till they come down in price for it to be in my price range.. although I really dig how HD kind of tried to capture the old "duo glide" look.. which i have always liked..

Do those SE speakers really work that well? I have seen a Dyna for sale recently with a similar set up as yours installed.. they just dont look quite big enough to provide quality sound.. guess I need to go find a set and listen to 'em.. but I'd like your thoughts on it.. keep up with the mods and the posts.. well done..

P.S. thats a kick *** speedo/tach set up

i'll try and keep it short. i would never , ever, run a car tyre on a modern motorcycle. that issue has been discussed to death on other forums. the bottom line is, i saw the videos of how little contact patch a square tyre has on its edge when ridden semi hard in the twisties. no way man! yet some folks swear by them. i just dont understand it. most of those "dark siders" claim they do it for cost savings. cost savings? spend 15 to 25k on a new bike and all the bells and whistles, then cheap out on the one thing your life depends on? tyres?
sorry for the dissenting post, but i just cant help but respond in asking you please dont do this.
