Default Fat bob wont start

so this might be a dumb question. but i have a 2009 dyna fat bob. i installed a se heavy breather and a power commander v, as my winter project. i live in southwest, pa its averaged about 35 degrees outside. My bob is stored in a detached garage thats not heated. do you think the bike wont start cause of cold oil or should i check something else?

I really dont think it wont start because of cold oil. I have started mine in this 30 degree pa weather. Does it turn over? I am assuming it started before the Power Commander install so i would start there. Just pull the power commander out and see if it starts. For kicks, when its turning over check for spark.

Default Won't Start

You can check for spark by pulling out one of the spark plugs, putting the wire back on the plug, and then holding the thick part of the plug against against the cylinder fins as you turn it over. You should see a spark in the gap between the live electrode and the ground electrode. Make sure the off/run switch is in the run position and I'd use a pair of insulated pliers to hold the plug...If you have ever been knocked down by a "live" plug wire you will understand, If not, hold it however you want to.

So I checked the spark it's all good. Tried starting it again with Pcv installed and then tried taking out the pcv. And both times when I turn on ignition then turn on switch fuel pump kicks on engine light goes away. Oil light stays on it cranks once like wants to start the starts clicking like the starter is just firing.

Have you had a battery charger/tender on it? The clicking is probably because the starter motor is not getting enough juice. So try charging the battery overnight.

Double check you didn't knock any wires off, like the crank sensor, when you installed the PCV.

Sounds like your battery connection is loose or your battery is low.
I just installed a tuner myself and the instruction state to make sure your start switch is off when making your connection.
I had pulled the main fuse and also pulled the battery and box out and found the cable behind the battery box to be corroded at the starter connection.

It's on a battery tender every min I'm not riding it. Took it off battery tender and put it on a regular battery charger. Charger says its fully charged

I would of said the same thing. If tries to turn over and then clicks , thats usually a dead or low charged battery. Could also be a loose connection at the battery.
