My dealer had the SE brace on scale for $146.00. Bought one for my DWG and what a difference it makes on thos ewide forks and narrow wheel. All of them were marked down. Maybe there's one for the FXDC. You won't regret installing it.

My latest 07 HD accessories catalogue shows SE chrome fork brace part # 46595-06 fits '06-later Dyna models (except FXDWG and FXDSE) so I would assume this will fit the new 49mm forks of a 07 FXDC.

Thanks. I like the look too but it really makes a handling difference; especially riding two-up.

Installation note: The bolts in the kit were too short to secure the outer collar to the brace. The dealer and I went round and round on it and he patronizingly said he would install it for me, but would have to charge me for 1/2 hour labor. I tear dirt bikes down monthly. I know how to install a damn screw. I countered with an offer to pay for a full hour labor if he could install it using only the parts in the kit. I got my brace installed for free and they threw in a bike wash. Interestingly enough, the other kits had the same screws. So buyer beware. Check the fit when you buy your fork brace.

Thats interesting.

I also bought the SE 49 mm brace for my FXDWGI and I had the same problem!
The screws being way too short.
My parts guy just gave me the right ones.

I also noticed that the SE brace (along with all braces I assume) Should not be used on chrome lower fork legs.

I wonder if the brace is beating up the sliders???

It definitely makes a difference at higher freeway speeds though.
