Welcome to my world. Installed an SE 120R in my 06 Street Bob last spring. Last summer was a lot of fun, can't wait for the roads to clear and spring to come so I can start riding this thing again.

It will be interesting to see how the 408-6 produces.

The dyno sheet from my bike. The main difference in this build from others. SE roller rockers, Latus / Baisley throttle body and manifold with V rod injectors, VH pro pipe hi output. For clutch am using SE kevlar plates with SE diaphragm spring and AIM VP 92c variable pressure clutch.

WOW! those are great numbers on your dyno sheet. I chose the Hi output ProPipe as well since my current FatCat wouldn't flow right for the 120. Thought about those VRod injectors, but used a "lesser" SE injector set.
Went with a Wood 408-6 which is said hits hard early early......it did on my 103 build, where it hit 100footlbs at 2500rpm. Anyhow, we'll see when it hits the dyno.

Couple question since I just ordered mine.

Why change the value springs?

What clutch?

Did you weld/ true the crank?

Mine will be carb'ed so that will be different

You got ne thinking about the cams...
