Will duece rear wheel fit 2011 fxwg?
Will a 08 deuce rear wheel fit 2011 fxwg? What about bearing size I have seen the spacer kits. Do they allow the spacer / bearing to seat in hub without cutting the axle spacer? Also what about alignment from belt and disc with fxwg caliper mount. I have checked on bikeline regarding wheel width and size 08 deuce is 17-4.5 and 160mm fxwg is 17-4.5. 180mm. Just looking to see has anyone done this change over and issues with fit alignment using fxwg stock spacers / caliper mount / sprocket or hub? The parts guy at harley says fit no problem...but I've heard that before!!

I don't think they had 2008 Deuce, last year was 07 (at least in the U.S.)
If you're getting a Deuce wheel that was originally came on a bike, then it should have 3/4" ID bearings (07-earlier) and you'll have to have the center clearance hole bored for the larger 25mm axle/spacer sleeve needed to use on your 2011 FXDWG
If you're getting a Deuce wheel from Harley's "Parts and Accessories", then it will already be larger to be able to be used in all applications.
To install the Deuce wheel, buy a Harley Rear Wheel installation kit for your 2011 FXDWG, which will include the Bearing Shim (needed to use the thinner 25mm bearings), center spacer sleeve and bearings. You can also buy the Bearing Shim and center spacer sleeve separately and then buy any quality #6205-2RS (or specific brand's equivalent #) bearings anywhere.
You can use any brand 160 Tires, but to use a 180, there are only a few recommended for the 4.5" wide rim (Pirelli Night Dragons, Dunlop GT502, and Michelin Scorcher 31)
Any questions or help with part# on the HD parts, LMK

My explanation above may be confusing...
To summarize...A Deuce rear wheel will fit your 2011 Dyna FXDWG.
You just may have to have the center clearance hole enlarged...A machine shop can do that.
Below is the clearance hole I'm talking about although not on a deuce wheel. A deuce wheel will be more like a Tube that needs to be bored

No your information was good thanks for the help. As long as one orders from HD with axle kits and wheel sprocket spacer it should bolt right on. They only offer the wheel in a mirror chrome I don't want chrome. And it my understanding they don't offer another wheel similar to the deuce with the kit thats make a easy blot up and tire fitment.

Btw, you wouldn't need a sprocket/pulley spacer. All those hubs widths are the same.
Alternatives could/would be the 16x5" used on the FXDF Fat Bob.
FWIW, I may have a Deuce Wheel modded for your 25mm axle/sleeve...I could look
Also if you follow the link below, it will show an example of the bearing shim and why they are used with thinner 25mm bearings in an older wheel designed for the wider bearings

Do you still have the Deuce wheel? I need to know what the hub width measurement is.
