Default New horse in the barn! 91 FXRS

Just picked this up this morning. Traded my way into it. Needs a little tlc but it's got a lot of sick goodies on it - BDL open primary, S&S 107", all jay brake, PM, and accutronix controls. I have plans floating around in my head for the direction I wanna go with it. Thinking about ditching the spokes out front for a mag, switching to a sporty tank, and doing some 10-12" lane splitters. Planning on going with a stock paint scheme in factory orange and black. We'll see which way it all goes though...

On to the pics...

Congrats man ... awesome bike ... you could just leave it as is ... lay a heavy coat of clear to keep the raw metal (assuming it is as it appears) from corroding ...

Very nice ....

Thanks, i'm pretty stoked about it. Its cleared now, but the bike I traded was clear over bare metal so I want to change it up.

It's got nothing but potential to be anything you want it to be. A 107 inch hot rod engine doesn't hurt one bit either.

Yeah! That looks sweet! I think a tank lift would be a nice touch to the overall lines...

SICK!!! love it. 18"tbars and keep the spoke...;-) dont know if I could handle the wrist position on those bars. I like the idea of keeping the raw metal look too.
