Mark where its leaking and just pop the bead at that spot. Might just be a little piece of trash right at that spot. Dont use fix a flat or some **** like that. It might fix the leak but it will throw your wheel out of balance. Its a new tire. Do it right.

Some bead sealer should do the trick.

This is just an example, but it's available at most parts stores.

Had the same thing happen on one of my bikes. Like Spankdog said, it was a bit of trash. Cleaned it out. Fixed.

You might not have to pull it. Just get the front end off the ground, deflate the tire and push the bead back where it is leaking. Even if you want to clean the whole lip of the rim there really isnt any need to take the tire completely of the rim, ya know? Either get some tire spoons or a big C clamp and two little blocks of wood will do the trick.
