They’re called the Tourmaster Cruiser III Slant Saddlebags. And yes, they’re throwovers but not Cortech, although Tourmaster also makes Cortech. Mine are the large size, 15.5”. They also make them in medium, 13.5”, and extra large, 18.5”. For the extra large size I’d probably have to move my signals back even more.

here is my bag project i did on my 08 lowrider.. didnt like any of the leather bags so i got an older set of touring bags when they were fiberglass and tweaked/cut/welded a set of take off bag brackets from a street glide.. my whole thing was hiding the shock like the FL's . there are some companys that sell kits but they only go over the shock the which makes your @$$ end of the bike huge..

Saddleman has bags for the dyna that do not require relocation of the turn signals. They also have a quick disconnect system. Hope this helps.

This is what I did for my '03 wide glide. The actual bags are my signature pic...the process was stepped thru in the link.

Why not check out Calvary Fiberglass http://www.cavalryfiberglass.com/store/
The thing I like about them is that they are 23 liters vs 20 liters for the FL bags because they don't have the shock cut out and mount just behind the Dyna shocks.
