Ok, so I have everything I need plus I got the led tail light too because I like the look. I can't find a horizontal side mounted tail light that I know for sure will fit. I do not want it to have a brake light attached - only a license plate illuminating light.

Anyone know of one? Thanks

This one is from Figure Machine and it can be run vert or horizontal. The quality, fit, and craftsmanship is top notch. Im also running the Edge fender tail light and a run/stop/turn module for the signals. The blue stuff is just some loc-tite that I hadnt cleaned before the pic.

 

This is just with the ignition on, You can see how the leds light the plate and you can get them in different colors. And you can see how bright the the signals are in the "run" position. lol

Its a Harley light. They call it the "chopped fender edge tailight" Its on the Harley website and also sold (for cheaper) on surdyke.com. Install is plug and play.

 

im in the middle of putting the wide glide fender on. where do i mount the junction box? the piece where the wire harness and blinkers plug in.. please help thanks
