Jeez, I love my old WG...
Old bike hasn't been out of the garage much since the SG went away and the FB showed up. But I took it out this morning and marveled on just how beautiful it is and how well it rides.
These early 88/5 bikes are great scoots. The Fat Bob is too tuned to be a tourer but with a windshield, a sissy bar for my T-bag (not that one wise guys) and maybe a sleeping bag on the rear luggage rack, I could see the western part of the USA...
Dynas are the last of the real Harleys. all the rest by the Motor Co. are ugly or fat or slow or all of the above.

I like my '08 that went from 96" to 103" a few years ago. It's getting a well deserved rest at 157K while I mostly ride the Limited now.
The Limited may be fat and ugly (eye of the beholder), but it isn't slow, for a bagger (T-Man 107" build).

still loving mine too, I'm ready to drop the tail bag & rack for a while, I've got saddle bags on now.

88 has enough speed for me.
