Default Air Cleaner Swap

Thinking about switching out the stage 1 air cleaner (stock cover), on my 09 FXDL which I've never been to fond of to the round style (multi-fit) which I've always liked. Think it would look pretty sweet, especially with a nice plain chrome cover. Wondering if a straight swap would have any adverse effects on the bike, any tuning issues?

I don't think it would make much difference, if any, at all. All stage 1 intakes will give you more than enough volume.

If you want that cover in black then look for a crossbones cover.

When I did my stage 1 I kept the tear drop cover and had it powder coated. I did purchase the #1 AC insert and hope it comes in soon
