Pics of bike pre/post tank lift.
Haven't checked in in awhile. Well, I did after the wreck the other night. Anyhow, thought I'd throw up some pics pre/post tank lift.
Also, anyone know why there's no part # for a heavy breather for the 05 Dyna???? There's one for sale here, but the part nmbr per catalog says 06 n up. Did Throttlebody size change. Calling Fletcher's HD to see if I can get an answer.

Wow! That looks awesome! Looks like a totally different motorcycle. Whose tank lift did you use? How long did it take you to put it on? Was it hard to put on? Does it make your fuel gauge inaccurate? What does your family think?

DK Customs I think is where I purchased the lift. Not happy with their parts/instructions tho. I will say though, I logged onto their FB page and told them that it wasn't "working" per their instructions and I was immediately called and emailed. I used their parts, but had to grind/cut the rear of tank/mounting bracket on frame to get it to work.
Raised rear as well. Haven't gotten a good estimate on mileage yet, but I think with lifting rear it shouldn't effect it to awful bad. I love the "look" of it and I don't get as much hot air blowing on me or at a light. Pretty sure it runs a little cooler. Thanks for the comments.
