Front tire dimensions: 100/90-19
Rear tire dimensions: 160/70-B17
I think I just got the same wheels you did and I'm about to powdercoat 'em at a shop in Ballard. 10 spokes, sort of in groups of two, right? I think Harley calls 'em Switchblade wheels.
Not sure what the biggest size tires are that you can get on those rims though. I'd ask the shop. I plan on getting the standard size front and rear tire myself.

You can put a 180 on the back, but there are a few things you need to check.
-There is a wide tire kit that tucks in the signal wires in so that they do not rub the tire and does away with any bolts that may rub the tire.
-If you have the removable hardware kit installed, it is close to the wide tire kit but does not have the extension piece to tuck in the wires. It does do away with any bolts sticking out.
-Make sure the wires are tucked tight to the fender well.
I put a Pirelli Night Dragon 180 on the rear with 11" progressive shocks. The stock shocks are 12". I have the removable hardware kit installed and needed to tuck the wires up out of the way. I used aluminum foil tape (this is used as firewall heat tape and/or furnace duct aluminum tape - DO NOT CONFUSE THIS WITH REGULAR DUCT TAPE) to secure the wires to the fender well. So far, the tape is water proof and has held up well.
MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE ALIGNMENT OF THE REAR TIRE AFTER INSTALLATION - this is to give you even spacing away from wires on each side.

I put the stock size on the front. They make a nice combination.
They ride a heck of a lot better than the stock Dunlops.
