i like a good chrome/polish, black look. its a cheap way to add something to the look of the wheels. If i dont like them im out $40 and can put them on the kids bikes lol

Well i recieved the spoke wraps and put them on this weekend, kind of a pain in the **** to do the rear wheel but not bad. I cant really decide if i like it or not. Its not real noticeable. Let me know what you think.

It's noticeable. I like it. Funny, I was talking to my riding buddy about how black spokes with the chrome rim and hub would look good I said. Then this comes up. No coincidences in my world. Hmmmm.

I'm still using the clothes pin and baseball card in my spokes. Hoping a company comes out with a nice chrome version.

Did you need to take the wheels off to put them on?

The spoke wraps look good. Definitely noticeable and give it a "fat" spoke look. Ill be ordering a set soon.

i put them on with the wheels still on the bike, front is pretty easy. The rear would be easier with the wheel off. the spoke in the rear are alot tighter when the cross each other so u have to kinda maneuver them around. you get 82 spoke wraps for around $40 i think.

thats a pretty cool idea really. For that price i believe ill try em out too, really hate my chrome wheels. For those of you who have installed them, how difficult are they to remove? Can you re use them once theyve been removed? Do they use any kind of adhesive or anything that could cause damage to the spokes?

Easy to remove, and put back on. I had to take a few of mine off to trim and they are easy to do. They are split up the side, so no damage/adhesive.
