Dan Vance Racing 120R
Just got this one tuned in Black hills custom Parts by Ken Puzio.
Here are the specs.
2005 FXDI,
120R crate motor,
Dan Vance Racing Heads,
heads milled to achieve 10.5:1 compression,
Horsepower Inc. 58mm Throttlebody,
Gerolomy Overflow A/C,
S&S roller rockers,
T Man 662-2G cams,
Woods lifters,
D&D Boarzilla 2-1 with Quiet baffle.
TTS mastertune
Dan did a great job with these heads. The bike is more than I could have hoped for.
Ken at Black Hills also worked magic with his tuning as usual.
Hopefully the dyno sheet will attach. If not i will get Dan or Ken to post it for me. Not too good with these high tech things.

great numbers. I had a long talk with TR and he suggested I get a 660SM rather than the 662-2 for my style riding with my 120R. Numbers probably will not be has high on HP though. It will bring in the TQ curve soon about 2200 RPM.
I was wondering why you needed to mill the heads for 10.5:1. Thought the 120R was 10.5:1 stock. Did the Dan Vance racing heads lower the compression?
I'm having the cams and roller rockers installed Thursday so I will be wondering how mine compares. Still have the stock lifters and heads though
