Default Jag 10 row oil cooler with True-Track

I installed the Jag 10 down-tube mount oil cooler on my Dyna. I have the true track so it was mounted to the true track like the previous thread. The mount was modified and two 5/16" through bolts were used to attach the cooler to the true track. Didn't want to use 1/4-20's like the previous post. Figured it needed more support - its full of oil so weight/vibration was a concern. Also the nuts are stronger than taped blind holes I think. Anyway that's what I did...

Here is the previous post that inspired me and was excellent to explain the process. Thanks to the OP for the idea and help

I do notice a difference with the true track, but only during heavy throttle of sweeping curves - like on ramps. Quick turns not so much. I did several things at once (works shocks, the true track and rebuild the front with heavier oil) so the change was dramatic. I got the TT off craigs list for a song - guy sold the bike and and it didn't fit his new one. Not so sure I would pay full retail...

Wish I changed the fork springs too, but live and learn

I like your bell

I think the TrueTrack is overpriced for what it is. "It fits on a Harley...let's overcharge for it" he says as his greedy little fingers strokes his wallet. $30 in parts = $249 retail.

I think I'd put a damper on before buying one.

(oops my fault $378 retail)
