I have a 2012 Wide Glide and I have been searching the internet (this forum included) for information on flipping the mirrors on my bike. From the looks of it, it seems easy, but i have read some things from other people that had to relocate their turn signal lights, granted those were on different bikes though. Can anyone who owns a '12 Wide Glide and has their mirrors flipped shed some light on this for me? Thanks in advance!

 

Flip them? Are you saying put them underneither the bars? Your going to hit your tank with the mirrors when you do that while turning. Unless you have different bars ie apes.

 

I have apes and I looked at flipping mine, but it looks like I will hit the signals so I didnt bother. I dont want to relocate my signals.

With the Wide Glides you can flip them without relocating mirrors. Unfortunately they will hit the tank. Either need taller bars or maybe shorter mirrors.

 

I had mine flipped for a while but to be honest it blocks a lot of the view, I prefer mine above the bars they are then in line with my eyes and I can see everything.
