Default Battleax tires.

Looking for some opinions again peoples.
So far, I'm looking at the Battleaxe BT023 tire for my new rear. I got almost 8k out of the OE Commander II which I'm fairly happy with but I wonder if this would be better or any other options maybe?

Just put one on today and all I can say is don't. 80 mph and higher the bike starts wobbling, kind of scary. Not sure if the tire needs to break in or something, but if this continues it will have to be replaced. Turns great, wobbles going straight

I wonder if they just didn't balance it well?

Maybe, just read on here about a guy having the same problem. Swapped back to bias rear and problem gone. I hope I can mess with air pressure or something to solve the problem

I had some on my sport bike. Worst tires ever! got 4,000 miles out of them. Wobbly, bad control etc.

Yeah if I cant get rid of this wobble this tire will turn into a standup donut, burnouts at every stop tire real quick

My experience with that tire was quite different ... 23,000 trouble-free miles. But my sport bike weighted only 465#s...maybe that's a factor.

I called Bridgestone today and they told me the tire is rated for 820 lbs, that seems fine to me? Any one know any reason this won't work?
