Long story short, Swung over by Joe's Saturday and he hooked everything up for me. I honestly thought for a fork bag stereo it wasn't going to be that loud. Man I was wrong, its VERY LOUD and clear. On the way home I hopped on the highway just to see if Id be able to hear it at 75 mph and yes, you defiantly can hear it pretty clearly. Its really nice that the whole thing is detachable too, Unplug your ipod and the detach cable, undo the belt and your good to go. This is defiantly something I don't regret buying. Thanks again Joe! Here's a quick video of it (Shitty I phone video but you get the point)
Do you think you could hear it with a full face helmet on at highway speed? This is the main thing that stops me from getting a stereo. That and it's pretty easy to ride with the Ipod that I already own.
What stops me from getting or even thinking of stereo for my bike is, I do not want any distraction when I am on a ride. No music, nor intercom with the old lady, just the hum of my bike. My 2 cents is I just do not understand it.
Would like something more waterproof maybe some fiberglass with marine stereograde in a quarterfairing by the way anyone knows a way to isolate your ipod from the outside elements ?
