Default Very Low Life Indie

I traded my 07 in this past Saturday after recently getting a primary oil leak fixed by a local indie. The guy claimed he replaced all seals and gaskets including the trans. shaft seal and race. Wasn't leaking when I picked it up Friday.
This morning while at the Dealership, the service manager told me it had leaked over the weekend so he had a wrench take it apart.
This is what he found.

Saints Preserve US!!! That looks a teensy bit off, just saying... I too am curious as to how that happened. What a piece o' crap mook, gotta agree with rubberfrog though, at least you traded in. Spread as much bad rep as you can about the doucher including those photos, nobody should be suckered in by that low life to what you had man.

I see the wear from the final drive bearings and where they pushed on the ring seal. Who the He!! hacked up the mainshaft with a dremel? Theres no reason for cutting it up where it is, and no reason the mainshaft should have been scarred by cutting the race off.

If the Indy did it, you need to apply the part into orifice it belongs, and if the dealer did it, RUN as fast as you can from them.
