I have the Icon Pursuit Stealth nonperforated gloves. They look sick a feel awesome. Once its in the 40's I have some really skin tight cloth north face gloves that I wear under my icons.

Some good heavy generic brand leather gloves...can't find a name anywhere on them. They feel like they'd knock you out if I slapped you with one of them, but I can still feel and manipulate my controls.

On seriously cold days I wear latex gloves like you'd wear for an oil change under the leather. They're thinner than a glove liner and keep the heat in on your hand like you can't believe

When the mercury drops, I use a pair of high articulation cold weather mechanic gloves that I got from Fastenal. I think the brand is "Body Guard" and they are rated down to something like 20° and I can vouch for that. Last winter I rode home from work and it was 27° when I left. Hands weren't sweating, but I was definitely comfortable. They're also waterproof and have neoprene cuffs so they seal nicely.

EDIT-
Here's the link to the gloves I wear:

I use these. The're pretty cheap, soft, & work pretty well alone down to about 45 for an hour-long ride or less which gets me to work. 40 or so with a glove liner. For a longer ride, I have to alternately put my fingers on the heads to warm up. Heated grips or heated gloves are the ultimate answer. I'm hesitant to fool with that.

Also, seems like in my area, I frequently run through fog pockets on cold mornins and the squeegee on left hand glove is handy for clearing the visor.

When it gets cold I use heated gloves. Nothing works as well. They replace heat instead of just insulating heat loss.

Neoprene gloves, like scuba divers wear - bloody marvellous warm hands and totally waterproof.
