Default True-Track

I ordered a True-Track for my '10 Wideglide on Monday at about the middle of the day, and it was delivered to me today, Wednesday. They also gave me a forum discount! The quality of the parts look great. I had to do some work on another bike tonight, so hopefully I can get it all installed tomorrow evening. The next thing I get will be a pair of Ohlins rear shocks!

"I ordered a True-Track for my '10 Wideglide" don't think a rigid frame would benefit.

358.20 shipped. You have to call them to get the discount, can't do it online. Nice to deal with and very fast shipping.

Got the front and rear True-Track installed, and also shimmed my front motor mount while I was there. Took 2 washers on both front bolts. I didn't get started on everything until late tonight, so I'll find out how much better it handles on the way to work in the morning.

I rode the last 2 days with it. Seems to really tighten up the feel of the corners for sure.

Just ordered mine yesterday, hopefully have it in couple of days. Called them and got the forum discount!
Anyone have any advice on the install?

I also ordered the true-track and got it installed. It completely removed the rear-steer and bump-steer caused by the rubber mounting system. Now it doesn't matter how new or old or under-over-properly inflated my tires are...the true cause of the problem (rear and bumpsteer) is gone. My highspeed bumpsteer-induced wobble is gone. Best safety upgrade I've ever done.

Installation help...brought it to a local mechanic. Took alot longer than he thought it would. Bracing the engine, flipping the bolts in the back, and aligning the front bolts to go all the way through took 2 hours minimum. Do not think you can do this alone at home in 15 minutes like they advertise for the touring models. And before you think he was trying to fleece me for labor, he only charged one hour (brought it in an hour before closing) and he stayed an hour late after the shop closed to get it done.

Cheers.
