I just replaced the oil pump on my 03 dyna wide glide. It had a rattle on the rocker box, that was the reason I replaced the oil pump, and the oil light was on at idle. I took of the oil pump off and flushed the lines and changed the oil filter as well as the oil...but the rattle continues...it seems worst. It seems to me that there is no oil getting to the rocker arms...and the oil light is still on. It kinda sounds like there is a loose marble in the top of the engine.
