V&H Straightshot slipons rattle
Just looking for opinions. I had bike in week before last on issue with throttle body and tech at dealer said my baffles were rattling. And more I paid attention the more I realized he was right. I took back pipe off last night and with just one screw back of baffle in I could see what it was. I plan to drill another hole in inlet side of baffle and secure it with a good stainless machine screw and reinstall everything. Any input on anything that I could add or would be better fix? Thanks all for any input ahead of time.

That's not the problem Nevil. The bolt in the rear stays tight. The baffles don't fit tight up inside toward the inlet side so they rattle even though the bolt in rear is tight. I've tried several times make sure everything is tight and this is where the rattle always comes down to. They're not that hard to get off so I believe I'll try the second bolt. I think I read another thread about this months ago but couldn't find it.
