Plug for turn signal hole in SB strut cover?
Moved my signals when I 1st purchased my '06 Bob last year (had the laydown plate/ signal mount from previous ride). At that time, in typical Mo Co fashion, no plug/cover was avalible for the hole left from the signal post.
Have since coated the covers and would like to fill the void. Realize if I wasn't so cheap I could have had the hole permanently welded/filled before they were coated. Now that the model has been out for 2 years, am hoping something is avalible.
Pics are not the greatest - one arm in a sling for 4 more weeks...

I think Psycho did something about this problem on his bike. I have the same issue right now and haven't found anything to fit. Even Lowe's sells chrome plug, but of course the hole is oval like you said. Hurry up and find a fix and then let me know.

ORIGINAL: bobcowan
The quick detach kit comes with a chromed plate to cover that oval void. If you're handy with a hacksaw and a file, you could just make one out of 1/8" aluminum stock.

Thanks!

It isactually a small cover that is part of the signal relocator component.
The quick detach kit on theDynas require the original signal assembly to be replaced with one that permits the detachableunit (sissy bar, whatever) to click into and the chrome cover is part of that.
