Default Vance and Hines V02 intake or Harley SE Stage 1?

Has anyone used the Vance and Hines V02 stage 1 intake system? it looks like the filter can be replaced from with kit with a rechargeable K&N or the non oiled Harley SE filter.

I can put the V&H on my abused amazon account but ive never thought of V&H as an intake source.

I felt confortable getting the SE intake because Ive used it before, liked it and its OEM quality... but I have pay for it cash... cash its tight for the holidays

So like the title says: Vance and hines V02 or the Harley SE stage 1 round intake?
