I had the factory 12" mini apes, these are around 13 or 14" plus the stock risers. They feel great.

Mine are about the same. See sig pic. Not even sure how tall. At 6' 3" they are just about perfect for me.

Don't know. They were on the bike when I bought it They guy I bought it from had various dealers do the work, so he couldn't tell me the brand name of anything on the bike aside from the V&H pipes and fuelpack. Of course no paperwork. Lots of stuff was Kury, but the bars are not marked that I can tell.

Nothing special, but they do the job just fine.
