Here's mine ... got a FLST (Softail) take-off front end in lieu of the stock narrow glide ... the fairing is a Tsukayu clip on ...

I am sporting a Sony DSX-S100 head unit with Alpine power amp and Alpine speakers ...

Just redid the paint (inner fairing, too) to color-match the tins and added the oak leaf decal ...

Good thread ... and TXH for your service Sgt ...

How do you like the hogtunes setup for the memphis shades? Can you hear it well at highway speeds?

IT IS AWESOME!!!!! bought a used ipod 5th gen nano on ebay for $50 shipped with the FM radio built in and it works great in radio mode or loaded music...

before buying one though, check with Memphis shades to make sure it will work with your bike.. from what i understand it wont work with all dyna configurations..

Reckless fairing made for softail on the Low Rider:

@HYPR - I love that Road Glide fairing. I spent alot of time pondering that fairing and concluded: 1. more $$$ than I wanted to spend, and 2, could have made it a quick detach bracket but the headlight would have been too much phiddlephucking to make it worth it. I love the look you got.

Here's a couple of different pics of my 70's HD fairing on my 02 FXD. The first one is a couple years ago and the bottom was last summer I think so a few changes in the bike.

Love my 650 V-Strom. It has plenty of getup and go for me, but I only weigh 140 with my street clothes on. Camping gear, tools, and all the stuff for touring adds about 100 pounds. And it has good gravel road manners.
I've been trying to add some old pics of the Dyna but I'm getting Invalid URL when trying to use pics from My Album.

Still getting Invalid URL. You'll just have to look at little pics or check out my albums. Sorry no almost naked women.
