Where to get bolts in europe?
Hello guys and happy newyear.
I am looking for some stainless screws to improve the looks on my 2007 street bob. I found this kit:
http://alloyboltz.com/catalog/produc...5sunav41nepha5
I was thinking of changing the screws on the engine first. Now, here is my problem.. If i order the kit from a us store, first of all it gets expensive getting it shipped here, i have to pay taxes of the pacage (when it is from outside the eropean union) and i have to pay a stupid fee on about 35$ for the tax office to calculate what i have to pay in tax... So that is why i am asking...
Where the f*** do i buy stainless bolts with american threads, in europe? We use metric threads over here...
Hope someone know a great store.

Use the plastic cover caps? Surely you can get them on ebay just like us in the US. They all come from China. Do need to be careful if you replace critical fasteners and only use Chrome Harley stuff there. True interesting I can get a $10 part for $5 shipped from China and I have checked for a guy in Australia to ship him some Skull pegs and shipping was $60 dollars for a $5.35 ship in the US. Complicated rules and laws. Who knows what is best.

When you are used to metric you can easy order something wrong when you order the american screws.. What is the name of the thread anyway? Unc og unf or something third?

Here's a link to some genberal info on UNC/UNF bolts.
If you let me know the H-D p/ns (to be found over here) I could check the specs in my Dyna models Parts Catalog for you...
