Default What apes for a 2012 Street Bob

So I have been doing some research and have found a few that I like. Carlinis gangster and evils, RS apes, and a few others. I don't pick up my bike until Feb. when I get back to the states.

Does anyone know what the measurements are for the width of the trees? I don't really like the look of the base of the bars extending past these.

Any suggestions for some 14 to 16 inch apes that have a narrow base that lines up nice? Pictures are very welcome also.

Thanks guys and I cannot wait to get back to America and start riding! Although, a beer on the Amalfi Coast in the middle of a ride is pretty nice!

I'm out of town but here's a pic of my SB with the HD 16" setup.

They call it 16" but it's actually 4" risers and 12 or 14" bars depending on where you measure.

Have Wild1 Chubby Outlawz 14". The base is within the width of the top tree.

90GA, I think those might be the LA Choppers "Nice curves" bars. I have been looking at those also. Those look great!

BTW I'm about 5'8" so I'm looking for something that won't put the fists above shoulder height, don't want any issues with the fuzz.

I'm liking the suggestions guys. I appreciate it. More pictures of SB's with narrow apes please!

I think that the carlini gangsters are out of the running though. I really like the look of them, but don't like how the base of the bars stick out so much on the SB......
