Default Best Customer Service ever

Just ordered a custom rear fender bib from Three Mutts Customs.

The bib I ordered is to be black leather with a laced edge and an embroidered "Harley Davidson #1" (red, white and blue/stars and stripes).

Later, Chris e-mailed me back to ask what size rear fender I had. He thought it was a 6 1/2" fender. I was not sure, but started researching on the internet. I never did come up with a definite answer, so I posted on this forum (thanks for the replies YNOTS and HYPR).

Chris e-mailed me about 3:59 A.M. (that's not a typo) this morning to tell me he had found the information he needed to complete the rear fender bib.

WOW!!!

That's the best customer service I've ever seen. These guys are great to deal with. Every step of the way he has informed me about when the bib should be ready. Can't wait to see the finished product.

When it arrives I will post it here.

Default Nice Street Bob

Thanks, I've done a lot to her since I got her a year ago September.

I like your Street Bob also. Great look with the contrasting chrome and black. Wish I could afford more than one.

If it's a small business, that's probably the reason why you got such good service. Big businesses don't and won't have to. Or they usually don't.

Default Three Mutts Customs

You are absolutely correct. I would much rather give my $ to a small business with great service than to one of these corporate giants. Even if it means paying a little more.
