Default At the risk of being naive,

I thought I have seen some bikes that have either bars or spikes that appear to be attached where forwards go. I use mids so I was thinking of it as just a customization piece. Have I just seen spiked foot pegs? Is there something that can do what I'm thinking about?

Yes, they are just a highway peg. They use a mount that attaches to your frame(it can be as low as where the forwards would go, or high as you want) then you pick out what peg you want it to go with from there. Do a google search for frame mount highway pegs and you'll see what your options are.

Found something perfect at J&P, had to purchase the spikes elsewhere though. Thanks for the tip!
