The MOCO and dealer stepped up!
The dealer confirmed my FLD had an excessive vibration. They were able to confirm the muffler/mounting was the problem after trying the muffler mount mod we have all been talking about, so they called HD and they're going to give me a new Screaming Eagle muffler and install it under warranty!
The only bummer now is it will take a week to get the new muffler but I want the bike this weekend to ride since the weather is going to be ideal. They may let me get it then take it back when the muffler comes in but I'm more concerned the problem be fixed so I'll let them keep it if need be.

It was colder this mornings ride than I figured.
Moisture in the air makes it feel allot colder.
I love the way my SB is perfectly balanced.
I ride on very cold mornings as if I am on ice and sometimes I am.
just have to slow down a bit in the turns and taking off.
I love the look I get from the cops.
