Default Carb mixture screw question

Hi All, i recentely rebuilt my carb, , it did have a dynojet kit installed by previous owner. My question is when i removed the fuel/air mixture screw i did not see an o ring or washer, should it ?. My bike is an 02 FXD, i have the parts book but it does not even show the mixture screw.Bike was running fine before the rebuild and still does.

According to this site "there is a very small spring, washer, and o-ring":

Sometimes the o-ring stays behind when you unscrew it. Definitely worth replacing if missing though cos the tickover can be rough without it; think some air sneaks in.
