Just got my bike back from the dealer today, had the 1,000 mile service done & had it dynoed. Anyone know what hp/tq a stock 103 puts out? With a stage 1 air cleaner & thunderheader I got 78.37 hp/ 99.59 tq. It's raining like hell here, so I couldn't get on it too much, but he got most of my decel popping gone so I'm happy about that! Before the dyno, everytime I let off the throttle it sounded like a friggin drive by shooting! LOL

 

around 66hp and 81ft lbs tq

 

I got more then that with my 96. Seems low to me

 

Hey that drive by shooting noise could have come in handy in some neighborhoods!

I have the same bike and set up as the OP and my numbers are almost identical. I also thought it was kinda low.

 

~78hp rear wheel with just stage 1 stuff? That sounds about right. These bikes are NOT set up for high HP by default.

 

Guess not. My other bike is a Yamaha R1 so there is a big difference there. Guess I'll have to look into some motor work. 👍
