What garage heaters do you cold guys use?

I have two. I have a ventless gas heater I use when I'm in the shop and an electric big one that hangs from the ceiling with a thermostat. I keep that one set so that the temp doesn't get below 50. Its a 240V Ouellet. I got both from Northern Tool. Both have worked awesome. My shop is 1200 Sq Ft insulated and it's always perfect inside. When I come in, I either just turn the electric up or cut the gas on.

Pro Com heater for me. Got it at Menards for 130.00 bucks when it was onsale, tapped into my dryer gas line on the other side of the garage wall and that was it. It is thermo controled internally so I can set the dial to 1 and it comes off and on when it needs to and keeps the garage 55-60 all winter.
Great unit if you ask me, my neighbors (4) each have one too none have ever failed.

40,000 BTU natural gas furnace hanging from the 10ft ceiling. Natural gas is so cheap that I can leave my double garage at 65 to 70 deg all winter for less than $20 a month.
Probably the most important item that most folks overlook is a ceiling fan. The air needs to be moving to efficiently heat the garage. My fan gets turned on in November and will not be turned off till late March. It will also dry the floor if you have to park a snow covered vehicle in there.
