Default Any interest in a 21" version of the FLD front wheel?

I have been in contact with MAD wheels about this topic. The specs would be 21 x 3.5. Still able to fill the front fender width wise but also giving the bike that modern 21" inch wheel.

The price for a one off wheel would be about $2000. WAY out of my range for 1 wheel. So I asked "what if I could get 5 people to commit". This was his response: " polished, ready for paint with hubs, probably around 750-800 each".

Now, this is still a bit high but much more do-able than 2g. I am not looking to make any money on these and I will be happy to forward any and all conversations between myself and MAD wheels regarding this subject to those who are interested.

Personally, I love the look and the retro Torque Thrust-esque styling of the wheel. I just think it needs to fill the fender more.

Let me know your thoughts or if you'd like to commit and I'll get more serious in my conversation with them.

I'd run one if these in my street bob but I've got money tied up in other mods right now.

I'd want to match front and rear... and they'd need to be black... or, that pewter-ish gray center on a chrome rim, maybe...

If they'd build a set in 21x3.5 and 18x5.5 at the same price point as Southern MC I'd be in for sure.

I like the look, and would be interested if the price was very reasonable.
