Hi all!!

First time HD owner, got myself a 2012 Switchback (bought it Saturday!-nice discount) almost didnt until i rode it with the windscreen off. Im almost 6" 3' and wear a full face helmet. The buffeting is so intense that it is unbearable.

That being said, is the HD taller screen going to stop the buffeting?

Would love to know from other tall guys/gals out there.

I suggest checking out one or more of the vendors here or out source a different maker.
Your chances are greater that you will find what you are looking for and saving some, maybe?

 

All the big barn-door screens are infamous for the buffeting they cause above a certain speed.

You could mess about with the angle and could chop bits off or stick bits on but a lot people just can't get on with them and fit something different that doesn't have the problem.

 

a lot of the guys have switched over to the long ride shield..
cant think of the model off the top of my head but i'm sure one will post up here
