I just got a set of risers and need longer brake lines, might as well upgrade them to braided right?

I went from 4" to 9" risers. So I order stock length +5" right?

If I want to be safe, can I order stock +8" incase I ever want to go 12" risers?

So where is a cheap place to buy?

+1 Real nice stuff. I went with one called Black Pearl and they look great.

 

Here's a good reason to use magnum. Bought a used rocker, did some mods, ordered +3 fwd controls. Ordered lines +3 from Magnum. 2 months later when I go to put them on, they are too short. Called magnum, sent in the line I took off and the new one. Turns out my rocker already had aftermarket extended lines. They sent me a new line no questions asked.

Got black pearl braided brake line from Magnum Shielding and it look better than Oprah on the toilet after a Taco Bell feast... to be honest though anything looks better than that.

They do look great however.

 

Anyone have picts of theirs from magnum? Those black ones look nice

 

The magnums are nice but if you live in a humid area be careful. Ive seen numerous instances where the braiding is oxidizing under the clear sheath. Hence the reason im running barnett stealtb cables.

The clutch cable is the Harley black diamond one (got it for $40 installed due to the dealer's mistake) which looks almost identical to the Magnum Shielding black pearl brake line I have on there. Some day I will get the throttle lines too but the stock ones work for now and are black so I said screw it and left them like they are.
