Rear pulley spacer/belt troubles?
Hey everyone! Been reading alot on here about the 200mm rear tire on the street bob and I was just wondering if putting a spacer for the rear pulley messes with the belt at all or causes any other troubles for it. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Wide Rear
I run a 17x6.25 on the rear of my bike (2006 Street Bob) and I had to have the pulley milled down as well as the l/h wheel spacer so that it all would fit together.
BTW I also had to grind a groove into the rear brake caliper so the shortened valve stem would pass the caliper without shearing it off.
Just a word of advise..If I had it to do over again..I wouldn't. It makes anything I do to the rear wheel of the bike a lot more labor intensive. In order to get the rear wheel off the bike, you have to remove the rear brake rotor so that there is enough clearance to get the wheel off and the reverse is true upon installation. PITA
The newer bikes (2009+) bikes have a wider swing arm so it is easier to put a 200 on without all the mods.
