I have a 2009 Low Rider that I am looking to buy a tank for custom paint. I know 2006-2009 Low Rider tanks will fit. From reading here it looks like 2006-2013 street bob tanks will fit and the console and gauges will fit those. Is this correct and will any other tanks fit and allow the use of the LowRider console and gauges? Thanks for any guidance as I don't want to waste money on a tank that won't fit.

 

So is this really a mystery? Is there any source that can verify which tanks are the same?

 

Make sure you et an EFI tank if you have EFI. Carbureated tanks won't fit.
